About Me

My name is Sarah Landolfi (she/they) and I am so glad you are here!

I have over 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals with a wide range of presenting concerns. My years of experience inform my integrative, compassionate, collaborative therapeutic approach.

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA2S+, Neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, sensory processing disorders), and Fat/larger-bodied clients facing challenges related to: anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, obsessive and intrusive thoughts, sleep disturbances, executive functioning issues, relationship difficulties, substance use, suicidal ideation and self-harm. I utilize a Fat-positive, intersectional, anti-racist approach to psychotherapy.

As a trainer and consultant, I teach therapists about anti-fat bias and Fat Liberation and facilitate their process of becoming fat-positive clinicians.

When Iā€™m not working, you can find me engrossed in a novel, cooking and eating pasta, swimming in Lake Michigan or admiring bird and plant life.
