About Me

My name is Sarah Landolfi and I use she/they pronouns. I am a white, Queer, Fat, Neurodivergent therapist with over 10 years of experience working with individuals in psychotherapy. My approach to therapy is integrative, compassionate, collaborative and trauma-informed.

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA2S+, Neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, sensory processing disorders), and Fat/larger-bodied clients through a Fat-positive, anti-racist, liberation lens.

As a trainer and consultant, I teach therapists about anti-fat bias and Fat Liberation and facilitate their process of becoming fat-positive clinicians.

When I’m not working, I’m probably reading novels, watching birds, cooking and eating pasta, swimming in Lake Michigan or hanging out with my dog.
